  1. This offer is being conducted by One Mobikwik Systems Private Limited (“Mobikwik”) for the customers booking IndiGo’s flights (including in combination with IndiGo’s ancillary services) on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application, using Mobikwik wallet, in India, during January 11, 2020 to June 30, 2020 (both days included).
  2. Under this Offer, the Customer will be eligible for Instant Mobikwik supercash calculated at 15% (fifteen percent.) of the total amount of booking, subject to maximum of INR 800 (Indian Rupees Eight Hundred).
  3. The customer at the time of making payment for his flight booking needs to select payment mode as MobiKwik wallet.
  4. To receive instant Mobikwik supercash under this Offer, the Customer is required to do as follows:
    • Visit IndiGo website or mobile application;
    • At the time of making the flight booking on IndiGo’s portal select Mobikwik wallet as payment mode. The Customer will then be re-directed to Mobikwik payment page;
    • Once the Customer is re-directed to Mobikwik payment page, the Customer is required to first log-in / sign-up to their Mobikwik account using one-time password (OTP) and thereafter, the Customer is required to click on ‘Apply Coupon’ or ‘Use supercash’ and insert the promo code ‘KWIK15’ and complete the payment for the Booking.
  5. There is no minimum booking amount required to avail the benefits of the Offer.
  6. Bookings once made using the promo code shall be final and cannot be modified.
  7. Bookings made on IndiGo’s website or IndiGo’s mobile application will be eligible for this Offer.
  8. Offer shall be valid once per calendar month during the Promotion Period. The first valid transaction per Customer will be considered for the Mobikwik supercash.
  9. Mobikwik supercash will be credited to the Customer’s Mobikwik wallet by Mobikwik within twenty-four (24) hours of the Booking, on a best efforts basis. The timeline provided for sending Mobikwik supercash is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
  10. The standard terms governing the functioning of Mobikwik wallet and processing of supercash to Mobikwik wallet are set out in https://promotions.mobikwik.com/inapp/faq/supercash/.
  11. In order to keep Mobikwik supercash balance active, the Customer is required to make atleast one (1) payment using Mobikwik wallet within three (3) months of receipt of Mobikwik supercash.
  12. The Customer who has received Mobikwik supercash amounts for separate transactions in its Mobikwik wallet, can use/redeem such supercash in a chronological order i.e. supercash which has been credited to Customer’s Mobikwik wallet for the first transaction, will be redeemed/utilised prior to other Mobikwik supercash amounts.
  13. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the supercash / Offer should be taken up directly with Mobikwik. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
  14. In case the Customer has any query regarding the Offer, the Customer can visit http://www.mobikwik.com/help.
  15. IndiGo shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer, by the use or non-use of the Mobikwik supercash.
  16. Mobikwik and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Further, Mobikwik and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
  17. If this Offer and/or anything to be done by Mobikwik  in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other any causes, then neither IndiGo nor Mobikwik  shall be liable for any consequence to the extent so prevented or delayed.
  18. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer. Neither the Offer nor any Mobikwik supercash under this Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person as the Mobikwik supercash is non-transferable, non–exchangeable and non-encashable.
  19. All Bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in.
  20. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website or mobile application, are not eligible for the Offer.
  21. By making the Booking using Mobikwik wallet during the Promotion Period, the Customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
  22. These Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.”
