  2. This limited period offer (“Promotion”) is available for Indian citizens only.

This Promotion is only valid for the participants (“Recipients”) who have purchased the 400gms or the 1 Kg Pack of Parle Chatkeens Namkeen (“Parle Chatkeens Namkeen”) of Parle Products Private Limited (“Parle”) from any of the Retail outlets (“Retailers”) in select cities across India. The Promotion is valid from 1st March 2018 to 30th Sep. 2018 (“Scheme Period”) only.
  4. Parle reserves the right to withdraw/suspend/cancel this Promotion without prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
  5. On purchase of Parle Chatkeens Namkeen the Recipient will receive one free Talk-time voucher (“Talk-time Voucher”) having a 15-digit unique code (“Talk-time Code”) inside the pack. The Talk-time Code entitles the Recipient to a Talk-time of minimum Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) and maximum Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) (“Talk-time Value”) as per the terms of the Promotion. The Talk-time value will be available across all the mobile operators except MTNL, BSNL, Tata Docomo, Reliance and Reliance Jio.
  6. The services being provided under this Promotion are being provided by a Third Party "Team Promotions Private Limited” (“TPPL”). Hence, the liability for rendering appropriate services lies with TPPL only and Parle owes no responsibility for the quality of services being provided under this Promotion.
  7. The Recipients intending to participate in the Promotion, who have listed their phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry (“NDNC Registry”), shall de-register themselves from the NDNC Registry till the completion of the Promotion (including the delivery of Prizes (if applicable) under this Promotion). Such persons agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint whatsoever against Parle and/or TPPL in this respect. Please note that Recipients intending to participate in the Promotion who have not de-registered themselves from the NDNC Registry shall also have no right to make any claim or raise any complaints against Parle, TPPL or any other Retailers of Parle if they do or do not receive any call/SMS with respect to their participation and all other matters pertaining to the Promotion.
  8. The Recipients will be required to provide a valid and existing mobile number (“Registered Mobile Number”) for this Promotion and the same shall be used for all further correspondence with the Recipient during this Promotion.
  9. Please note that regular SMS charges may apply. However, these rates are not fixed and may be subject to change by each Recipients concerned mobile service provider. However, TPPL strongly recommends that the Recipients familiarize, check and confirm the rates for such SMS’ with their respective telecom service providers before participating in the Promotion.
  10. The Talk-time Value received will depend on the Recipient’s telecom circle and operator for denomination availability. If the denomination value won is not available for a Recipients telecom circle than the closest lower available denomination value offered by the operator will be awarded to the Recipients Registered Mobile Number. This offer is not valid for the users of MTNL, BSNL Tata Docomo, Reliance and Reliance Jio Subscribers.
  11. The Talk-time Value will be subject to deduction of applicable taxes, duties and or levies as per the Terms and Conditions of the respective telecom operator of the Recipients registered mobile number.
  12. The Talk-time Value can be utilized against both, Post-paid and Pre-paid Mobile numbers. Further, the Talk-time Value shall be utilized subject to the availability of denominations and Billing process with the respective service operator or circle of the Recipients registered mobile number.
  13. The Talk-time Value will be disbursed automatically via recharge application. In case where in recharge is failed due to network unavailability, mobile number portability, recharge failure via telecom service provider, recharge failure via denomination unavailability, unable to find telecom service provider, the recipient acknowledges not to raise any claim or complaint against TPPL and/or Parle for the non-receipt of the Talk-time Value.
  14. Last date to register your claim is 30th Sep. 2018 till 5 p.m. only. Any submission after the due date and time will not be considered valid and will not be entertained.
